In most cases, orders received prior to 2:00PM EST will ship the next business day, Orders received after 2:00PM EST will ship within 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order does ship.

Leisure Park Entertainment offers multiple shipping options within Canada, most methods are trackable. Merchandise ships from Ottawa, Ontario.
An email with tracking information will be sent to you once your order has shipped. You may also track your order via your account page.
If you live in the Ottawa area you can choose to pick-up your order free of charge. Pick-up location is in Barrhaven. Pick-ups are available by Appointment only, and can be arranged before or after order is placed. Please allow 24hrs notice, same day pick-up is not guaranteed.
Leisure Park Entertainment is proud to offer Canadian customers free shipping on all orders over $75 to an address within Canada. This is an automatic discount and a free shipping option will be applied for you to choose during checkout.
International Shipments
